The software

HiDownload is a Windows video and streaming downloader. A free trial may be limited in time or features. A paid license unlocks the licensed features for the term you purchased. We may release updates; we do not promise that every site or stream will keep working.

Only download or convert content you have the right to keep. HiDownload does not bypass DRM or other access controls. Do not use the site or software to infringe copyright, break a website’s terms, distribute malware, or attack our services.

Accounts and payments

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email and payment details you submit. License keys are for the purchaser unless we say otherwise. Refunds follow the policy stated on the Purchase page.

Disclaimer

The website and software are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Streaming sites change their players often; a failed download is not a defect you can claim damages for.
